Ordering

 

How do I place an order?

Add the desired product to your shopping cart and proceed through checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the most common payment methods, including iDEAL, credit card, and more. The available options will be shown during checkout.

Can I still cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible via info@talosrc.nl. As long as the order has not yet been shipped, we will see what is possible.

Shipping

What are the shipping costs?

For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping costs are included in the product price. For international orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium, additional shipping costs may apply; the exact costs will be shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Our products are made to order. The maximum delivery time is 60 days after receipt of your order. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with EU legislation. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Please note: RC vehicles are intended for inspection during the cooling-off period — visible signs of use (tire marks, dirt, wear) may lead to a depreciation in value of up to 100% of the purchase price.

How do I initiate a return?

Send an email to info@talosrc.nl with your order number. Do not send anything back without prior approval — packages without a return request will not be accepted.

What does it cost to return?

Return costs are borne by the customer. From the Netherlands and Belgium, return costs are €7.00.

When will I get my money back?

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will process the refund within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Product

What is the difference between brushed and brushless?

A brushless motor (such as in our Talos RC N517A - 3800KV Buggy) is more powerful, more efficient, and requires less maintenance than a brushed motor. Brushless is the standard for serious RC drivers.

Is the RC buggy suitable for beginners?

The Talos RC N517A is a powerful buggy with a 3800KV brushless motor. We recommend some RC experience, but with the right settings, it can also be driven by advanced beginners.
